  I used to work for a company that delivered beer to paces. Like many other restraunts, I had to go through their kitchen to get to the walk in fridge where the beer was kept. Paces kitchen has to be the dirtiest I have ever seen. I had eaten here earlier and enjoyed the food which is why I give 2 stars but the disgusting will ensure I never go back.

  Place was packed, several work Christmas dinners. VERY LOUD! Seating is tight.
  
  Food is just OK. Cheaper than Blackstone's but that trade off is in the quality. Rib eye steak. Menu says "aged" does not say dry aged or wet, or for how long... Steak was thick cut, but lots of grizzle, not tender. I would say grade A cut at Best definitely not prime, probably wet aged if at all.
  
  Sides are pricey and definitely sitting in a heating tray, very bland and mushy.
  
  It's a miss for the money.

  One of the best steaks I have ever had, and I like steak. They age their steaks in their on site ageing room, one of the last ones left on long island.
